About Organize PDF
Organize PDF gives you a visual page board for your document. Drag pages into a new order, rotate the ones that are sideways and remove the ones you do not need, then save everything in one step.
It is the fastest way to tidy a scanned bundle, put a presentation handout in order or move an appendix to the end. Pages are copied unchanged, so quality is preserved.
Features
- Drag-and-drop page board
- Move, rotate and remove buttons for touch and keyboard users
- Reset to the original order at any time
Why use it
- Fix page order without rescanning
- One tool for several page tasks
- Files stay on your device
How it works
Page thumbnails are drawn with PDF.js. When you save, pdf-lib builds a new PDF from the pages in their new order, with the rotations you set and without the pages you removed.
Examples
Scanned bundle
Input: Pages scanned as 1, 3, 2, 4
Result: Pages saved as 1, 2, 3, 4.
Handout
Input: Move the agenda to the front and remove two notes pages
Result: A clean handout in the right order.
Organize PDF: frequently asked questions
Can I add pages from another PDF?
Use Merge PDF to combine the files first, then organise the merged document.
Is there a page limit?
There is no fixed limit; very long documents depend on your device’s memory.
Does the order I see match the saved file?
Yes. Pages are saved exactly in the order and orientation shown on the board.
